Patrick Carr is holding a fundraiser walk on St. Patrick’s Day from 9am to 1pm on the track in Ballinderreen GAA grounds. Participants can also enter a draw for a signed Galway jersey with a €10 donation on the day. Other prizes include an €100 voucher for Moran’s Oyster Cottage and a €50 voucher for Paddy Burke’s. Patrick is representing Ballinderreen with Caroline Downey in the Dancing Like a Star Stateside competition which takes place in the Hammerstein Ballroom on the 5th of April. If they win the competition, the club will receive €7,500 in prize money.

Ballinderreen The camogie team start their league campaign on Sunday, 9th of March, at 12pm away to Moycullen. Galway The Galway senior camogie team will play Tipperary in Kilbeacanty on Saturday, 8th of March, at 2pm. Hi all In Q4 2024, we decided that our proposed new Clubhouse & Gym Building was no longer viable from a cost perspective. Further to this decision, a Development Focus Group was set up to decide how we would pivot our Development Strategy.
