Ballinderreen Community Centre
Ballinderreen Community Centre was represented at the Climate Inspirations Festival in Galway. The festival is a landmark celebration of creativity, innovation, and community action in response to the climate crisis. Our speaker discussed the actions of our local community through storytelling and how culture shifts can accelerate climate solutions. The accompanying video formed part of the evening.
Ballinderreen Women's Shed
This message is from the Ballinderreen Women's Shed.
You’re warmly invited to our Pink Coffee Morning in support of Breast Cancer Ireland on Wednesday the 15th of July, from 10:00am–12:00pm in the Ballinderreen Community Centre.
Join us for a cuppa, some delicious treats (donations of baked goods would be greatly appreciated!) and, most importantly, a chat.
We’ll be raising awareness and collecting donations for Breast Cancer Ireland, but there’s absolutely no pressure to donate—your company is what matters most.
Sadly, 1 in 7 women in Ireland will be diagnosed with breast cancer during their lifetime. Every donation, big or small, helps fund vital research and support services.
We’ll also be taking expressions of interest for Ballinderreen Women’s Shed. If you’d like to get involved, we’d love to hear your ideas and what you’d like our group to become.
Please come along, bring a friend, and help us make it a lovely morning for a wonderful cause. We look forward to seeing you all! 💕☕
